So, is everyone ready for some delicious steak? This recipe is brought to you from the kitchen of one of our great employees in Madison. Her name is Ann and she’s been with us for over 20 years!

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoons White Sugar
3 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 1/2 Pounds Sirloin Steak, Cubed
Mix everything, except the steak together.
Place meat cubes on skewers, you can use metal or wooden ones.
In a plastic or glass dish marinate skewered meat in the marinade for at least 4 hours, turn occasionally.
Preheat grill, oil the grate and cook appx 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
