Woodman’s Food Markets is always interested in hearing from our customers. Traditionally we have done this via in person store interaction, phone calls, and emails. However, times are changing and new technologies are emerging at an incredible pace. Over the last several months we have joined the Social Media Revolution by creating Facebook and Twitter accounts for every one of our stores. Managers check these channels to address any questions or comments customers may have about our business.
The most recent addition to our customer service efforts will be collecting monthly survey data for each store. We are hopeful that this survey data will help us maintain an efficient operation which continues to meet our customer’s demand for reasonably priced groceries, while also maintaining excellent service and selection.
As an incentive for customers to complete our monthly surveys, we will be awarding a $100 Woodman’s gift card every month.
